Addiction Treatment in Hackensack

Our partial hospitalization program is a step down from residential programs. It features mental health services, medical detoxification, medication management, and therapy. 

Our partial hospitalization programs (PHP) allow clients to manage their day-to-day responsibilities while receiving the care they need to overcome a substance use disorder. The program is intensive, with four to five sessions per week. However, our PHP still allows our clients to go home and tend to things like family, school, and work functions. 

Our intensive outpatient program is for individuals who do not require inpatient care but require more support than just counseling once a week. This option is also ideal for those who have already completed inpatient care and require support to adjust to everyday life without relapsing.

Patients in an intensive outpatient program meet anywhere from three to five times a week for up to four hours per day, which usually lasts 5-8 weeks. However, these programs can be shorter or longer depending on the individual.

There is also group therapy in the program, although it does not contain more than ten people. We also provide individual therapy in the intensive outpatient program. 

Our outpatient program is for those with mild addictions who want to address their substance use head-on before it worsens. It is also ideal for those with a strong support network at home.

The same individualized and research-based treatment plans provided at more rigorous residential treatment programs are included in outpatient addiction treatment. Still, patients can live at home and stay connected to their work, home, and academic responsibilities.
